Zenith Energy is listed on the London Stock Exchange Main Market (LSE:ZEN), has its entire common share capital admitted to trading on the Euronext Growth of the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE:ZENA), and has Swedish Depository Receipts admitted to the Spotlight Stock Market in Sweden (XSAT: ZENA SDR).
Assets
The Company has a portfolio of energy production assets located in Italy and Tunisia, as well as international arbitrations claims for a total of approximately US$640 million against the Republic of Tunisia.
The fully owned subsidiaries of Zenith Energy are pursuing international legal proceedings against the Republic of Tunisia.
Zenith Energy is an established natural gas and electric producer in Italy since 2012. Since 2025, the Company has become a renewable energy producer and has a well-balanced solar energy project pipeline of approx. 50 MWp across Italy.
The Company’s 100% interest in the Robbana and El Bibane concessions is held via its fully owned subsidiary, Ecumed Petroleum Tunisia Limited.
